I love the fragrance of the rugosa rose. Do you do anything with the rose hips? Their numbers are increasing. Pretty common now. The Asian Ladybugs are everywhere. The rosa rugosa’s hips are the size of cherry tomatoes. Sometimes I just peel one and eat when ripe. I know I could make tea and jelly with them, but don’t. I have to watch the rosa because it can become invasive too. I guess they are a real problem in dune-type environments. Leave a Reply Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
